Laughter Yoga is a unique and fun-filled way to bring more joy and laughter into your life. In this workshop, we will explore the physical and mental benefits of laughter, and learn simple laughter exercises and techniques to incorporate into our daily lives. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just a willingness to laugh and have a good time!
